There are some excellent Business Class fares from the UK to New Delhi available at the moment, starting at ~£1,025 Return.
The very cheapest fares are on Alitalia, with an overnight stopover in Rome on the outbound flight:
The fares are widely available between November 2017 and March 2018, bookable on the Alitalia website. I would search for dates using Google Flights though as it’s a bit easier to navigate.
Alitalia is facing serious financial issues at the moment, so you might not be very comfortable booking very far in advance. The good news is that for just a few quid more you could fly with Gulf Air instead, if you prefer.
I also spotted some quite decent KLM fares too, though you’d have to pay a couple of hundred more.
Bottom line
We quite often flag better deals from other parts of the Europe, but for long haul Business Class from the UK ~£1,ooo is a very good price.
