Via the Avios eStore, you can currently earn 10,000 Avios on a booking with James Villa Holidays, a global villa booking operator based out of the UK.
I have no vested interest in promoting James Villa Holidays, and there are of course a million different places to book villas overseas. However, this is an excellent example of a potential opportunity to add a bargain to a bargain.
First of all, there are some great prices available on James Villa Holidays. Throw the bonus Avios into the mix, and you could get a steal.
So what’s available?
James Villa Holidays offers various options globally, so it’s difficult to give a comprehensive guide to what’s available and you really need to have a look, based on your own requirements.
By way of example, this villa in Mallorca will set you back a very reasonable £256 for a week in April 2017 (total price based on two adults staying):
However, there are also plenty of villas at great prices available on Airbnb, Owners Direct etc etc – by itself that should not necessarily to lead you to conclude that you should book with James Villa Holidays.
It is the addition of 10,000 Avios to the deal that really makes James Villa Holidays worth looking at.
As ever, it depends exactly on how you use them, but I’d estimate the value of 10,000 Avios to be around £100. Factor that in and you can see how the “bargain” £256 Mallorca villa suddenly becomes fantastic value at an effective cost of £156 per week.
Of course, I’m not insisting that you make a booking with James Villa Holidays. However, a 10,000 Avios rebate is a sizeable kickback. If you’re planning a villa holiday in 2017, this is well worth a look.
If the offer does tempt you, you do however need to be quick. The 10,000 Avios bonus runs until 26 January 2017, when it reverts to 5,000 Avios.
