TopCashback has, until 9am tomorrow, launched a truly excellent cashback rate on eBay purchases. Standard members will earn 5% cashback, while Plus members will earn 5.25%. That’s up significantly from the ordinary rate of 1%.

Given that you can cash out your TopCashback earnings to Avios at a rate of 1pence to 1.25 Avios, that means that TopCashback standard members will earn 6.25 Avios per £1 spend, and Plus members 6.3 Avios per £1.

You, of course, do not have to convert into Avios – you can simply take the cash if you’d prefer.
