You can currently snag 1,000 free Accor Points just for signing up to their meeting planner offer here. 
1,000 Accor Points are worth 20.00 Euros when booking Accor hotels (or 1,000 Avios if transferred to Iberia Plus), so are well worth having! Do note though, that you can only actually redeem Accor Points in blocks of 2,000.
The terms and conditions state that the Points won’t hit your account until 15th-31st December, which seems an incredibly long wait – and knowing Accor’s IT (in)abilities, I would strongly suggest making a note to chase it up…
Speaking of Accor’s glorious IT, I had a bit of an issue signing up for the offer initially. What worked for me in the end was completely signing out of my Accor account, then following the link and signing in via registration form.
