Topcashback is better than using referrals!

Hi, this what I did (don't remember the correct order though, sorry)
1. Clicked through from topcashback to the amex application page.
2. Click through the referral link to the same application page (this opens another tab), then I think I completed the application from this tab.
Somehow it worked and I got both the referral bonus and my cashback also tracked. Worth a shot imo

Please note there is no currently NO cashback on offer via TopCashBack or Quidco for the American Express Gold card and only £35 for the Platinum card (with no bonus points). Even for the platinum card, most people would value the additional 5000 membership reward points (via a referral) at more than £35 therefore you are far better off using a referral link until cashback rates change or increase.
