Cheers, swopped tablets and it now works, 30k avios + £80.46 for 2 people RTN.
Next best I found was Bournemouth on Ryanair but came in at £258, no thanks!

On BAEC, just tried avios.com and no flights available on the selected dates?

Pesky browsers. Seems to be an increasing problem in general that some browsers can't cope but others can. And depending on the problem, vice versa!

Cheers once again A, it's forums like this that you can just ask a Question and you usually get the answer/solution. I would of just given up and a potentially very nice, very cheap holiday away would of gone down the drain.

Many thanks for the information. Is FlyBe a partner of any airline alliance ?

This is useful as I didn't know one could view Southampton routes on BAEC. I live in Southampton and have travelled from London always on redemptions, as didn't know could redeem on Flybe!

Congratulations Litefoot! I'm still thinking my best chance of winning something these days would be to rig an IF competition :) Knowing my luck, I'd still somehow only end up with some IF bagtags (which are already in my possession...)!

Not part of an alliance no, but there is a relationship with Avios: https://www.flybe.com/avios/

Yep Flybe can definitely be a useful option - bear in mind though that the taxes/fees are higher than BA Avios redemptions in Europe as there isn't a Reward Flight Saver cap. Always worth comparing against the cash fares (unless you have oceans of Avios not doing anything).

I've flown with FlyBe on and off over the years and their punctuality has ebbed and flowed. Recently for me it's been pretty good (though when a flight has been delayed their communications with passengers have been very poor and surprisingly unapologetic). It's now possible to collect Avios from FlyBe flights, and while the number of Avios earned is modest, they seem to be credited very quickly.
