You simply need to visit Shops Away, the online shopping portal that offers Flying Club miles instead of “cashback”. You can jump there by clicking here.
Once you’ve logged in, you need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on “Miles Finder”.
Once there, you should see this banner…

I followed the instructions and came to the Screen box “Continue to download Mile Finder”.
I clicked the box, a new browser tab opened but is completely blank.
(I am using IE10 – the ‘blank screen’ problem is a frequent occurrence !!)
I’ll check my account balance in a few days to see what happened.
Their link for the Opera addon is broken (404). I assume Virgin’s IT team have never thought of actually testing things before they put them live.
Doesn’t work on Firefox either. Hopefully the points will still arrive,
The Miles Finder toolbar has not been downloadable for either Firefox or Opera for over 12 months now. It did work when I had older versions of the browsers installed.
My 250 miles have arrived. That was quick!

Thanks very much Craig. This worked for me as well. I simply followed your instructions, downloaded the toolbar, but didn’t actually install it in my browser. Miles arrived 5 days later.
