Hilton Room + Dinner Sale – What Are The Standout Options?

We recently flagged the interesting new South East Asia sale from Hilton, offering not only up to 35% off rooms but also 25% off your dinner, too.

Perhaps not everyone will agree, but I think there’s some really good value to be had from this – not least when combined with Hilton’s concurrent double/triple Hilton Honors points offer. I therefore thought it would help to flag some of the hotels that have caught my eye so far:

Conrad Bali: From £99.00 per night

Newly refurbished, 5 star, even the base-level rooms have balconies – sounds pretty good to me!

Hilton Singapore: From £110 per night

Singapore can be a surprisingly tricky/expensive market when it comes to booking good hotels (whether using hotel points or cash), so this is a good deal for a solid 5 star. Even Saturday nights are available from £110, so you could stay over and enjoy a spectacular champagne Sunday brunch at the hotel restaurant ‘Opus’ too – and/or stay on Sunday to sleep the brunch off!

Opus, Hilton Singapore

Doubletree Kuala Lumpur: From £46 per night

One of the very best value Hilton hotels around (whether using cash or points – you can also book for 10,000 Hilton Honors Points per night). Genuine 5 star luxury in a great city for under £50 per night is tough to beat, particularly when you’ll be earning a stack of Hilton Points and/or airline miles on top.

Diamond members receive free access to the excellent Executive Lounge too (great views), but even if you don’t have elite status, you can book an Executive room which also allows access to the lounge, for just £15 per night more:

For a couple, that would work out at just £7.50 more per person for breakfast, snacks and soft drinks throughout the day, plus 2 hours of beer/wine/cocktails and food in the evening!

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island: From £321 per night

At the other end of the price spectrum from Kuala Lumpur, is the Conrad Maldives – one of the ‘aspirational’ gems in Hilton’s crown. It’s also exactly the sort of resort property where the 25% dining discount would come in seriously handy, as non-hotel dining options are extremely limited.

This is, of course, just a selection based on my searches and preferences. Given that South East Asia includes properties in Singapore, Thailand, The Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam, there’s quite a range of options for you to choose from.

Don’t forget – you need to book by MONDAY (24th September) to benefit from the room and dinner discounts!

I’ve just had a look – plenty of options from 355 USD this month and next. That’s about £270, which is actually even cheaper than the £321 quoted in the article!
