Miles recently did a nice job highlighting some of the bargains in the current Hilton sale, but I was having a look myself today and noticed a remarkable deal which is worth flagging in its own right – you can currently book the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island for just £270 per night.

Given that this is one of the top Hilton hotels in the world and that 5* hotels in the Maldives are generally ruinously expensive, this is a superb price – certainly the lowest I can remember seeing.

The Hilton Sale page advertises a rate of £404 as if that’s something to brag about, but much better prices are actually available!

The lowest rates are for dates over the next month or so – with plenty available from just £270 ($357):

Perhaps even better value though, are the much coveted over-water villas, for just £39 per night more!

Bottom line

Obviously ~£300 per night is still a lot of money, and there’s transfer costs and the expensive food/drinks to take into account too – but if you’ve always fancied visiting the Conrad Maldives, you’re unlikely to find a better price.
