As always, you can come close to earning Silver status from British Airways Executive Club. You should even earn some extra Tier Points due to the ultra-long flight from Doha to Auckland, bringing your total to an even 600 TPs for your return trip to New Zealand (you’ll still need 4 flights on British Airways or Iberia though…).

I hope this is a new trend with QR from the UK!!! Unfortunately I can’t take up the offer this time around but if it comes up again, will definitely be up for this since this is a bargain considering we did this trip for £1310 last year from CPH after flying Y from Manchester to Copenhagen!!!

the BKK route (almost always the cheapest in sales) is still £1900 from the UK in this sale.
Although I did once nab it for £1k from Birmingham a year or so ago!
I have found a flight from Amsterdam to BKK on british airways business class for £1200 return during the summer, good deal imho
