Qatar Airways’ crazy Biz Class fares are back – Europe to Asia from £1100

They’ve been a little quiet for a while now, but Qatar Airways have roared back to form with some more stupidly good value Business Class fares. We’ve said it before, but we really are pretty much talking Business Class fares at Economy Class prices here.

So what’s on offer ?

As is often the case with the Qatar deals, no Qatar promo code is needed to benefit from the reduced prices. However, this is a “companion offer”, which means to get the bargain basement prices, you need to buy two return tickets.

Try and make this work for you if you can, because there is some serious value available. Auckland at £1740 from Stockholm is a particular standout here.

From Oslo (Business Class, return)

  • Dubai at NOK 12089 (£1124)
  • Bangkok at NOK 13779 (£1281)
  • Singapore at NOK 13989 (£1300)
  • Maldives at NOK 15799 (£1469)
  • Cape Town at NOK 15939 (£1482)
  • Colombo at NOK 16449 (£1530)
  • Phuket at NOK 16859 (£1568)
  • Auckland at NOK 19469 (£1810) Now that is an awesome price
  • Bali/Denpasar at NOK 19609 (£1824)

Similar fares are also available from Denmark and Sweden (including Dubai at £921 and Krabi, Thailand at £1076). There’s also some solid offers out of Italy, including Pisa to Kuala Lumpur at £1313 and Jo’Burg at £1419.

Err hello. I live in the UK…

Yes, yes, we know. Reposition yourself, and make a weekend of it if you can.

If you don’t fancy the hassle/extra free holiday (depending on how you view it) and are after some good value ex-UK Business Class fares instead, we strongly recommend checking out the current Finnair sale.

Anything else?

Be quick! The sale runs until the end of Monday 10 April (thanks Nick).

Are the ARN/CPH – Krabi flights on their updates business class product or their older cabins ?
    Cheers.

Hi James. My understanding is almost certainly, but double check the designated plane. If it’s a Boeing 777 or 787, or Airbus A330, A350 or A380 then I believe you’re all good. There’s a possibility the Europe-DOH leg may be on a short haul plane (typically Airbus A320s), but if so they do have proper Business Class seats.

      Hi James
The 787/A350/A380 have the updated all aisle access new seats. The 777 have the older style seats on 2-2-2 setting but still lie flat. Most of the A330s and the A320 to Europe should have a lie flat seat but not the same as the newer ones. Hope that helps.

I booked Stockholm to Sydney on Qatar for £2,227 this week. Havent seen anyone mention that fare. Melbourne is a similar price. 787 and A380, but the snag is the long layover going out.

They are. If they were for two, I would be spending the next few months living in Qatar business class ?
