    I spot a typical frequent-flier minefield.
Your trip departs from Gatwick, but you return to Heathrow.
    What do you do?
    National Express back?
Pre-position your car at the destination before you depart?
    One way car hire?
    Uber?
Assume that since you are travelling in First, your travel concierge has already laid something on for you?
