*This gift card is ONLY applicable in the UK iTunes store.

The winner(s) will be drawn at random among all those included in today’s draw. The winner(s) will be notified directly. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash. By participating you agree to the terms and conditions specified below.

The rules…

Entering your email address will sign you up to the InsideFlyer newsletter (if you’re not signed up already) but i) we genuinely believe the newsletter is a pretty good read (we genuinely scour through InsideFlyer articles to pick out the best ones for it) ii) it’s only sent out every 2 weeks and iii) you can unsubscribe at any time. You will however need to be signed up to the newsletter at the end of the day on which a prize is offered to be in with a chance of winning it.

People who have already signed up to the newsletter can still participate, but everyone needs to enter for each daily draw, which you can do here.

Since registering my email address for the Advert Calendar Competition, there’s been a surge of Junk/Spam emails that I receive.

I couldn’t find the details as to how the email address is used for marketing. Would you be able to confirm?

      Hi Minhaal,

this is what we have in the terms of participation of our Christmas Calendar: “When registering for the daily giveaway, your email address will not be disclosed to third parties or sold. By entering the daily drawing, you agree to receive newsletters from InsideFlyer. You can easily unsubscribe at any time.”

We do not sell or hand out any e-mail addresses for marketing or to third parties. We do send additional newsletters from within InsideFlyer. If you have any further questions or remarks, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

      Best regards,
      Lionell

      Hi Minhaal

Yes, per Lionell’s response I can absolutely confirm that we have not provided your email address to anyone, and it is solely being used for the purposes of i) entering you into/reminding you about the competition and ii) sending you our two-weekly newsletter.

I thoroughly dislike SPAM and unsolicited emails, and this is simply not how we work. That said, if you have any further concerns on this point feel free to raise them with me personally on [email protected]

      All the best

      Tom
